§ 34.03 DEPOSIT AND INVESTMENT OF FUNDS.    (A)   Deposits. The Town Treasurer shall deposit daily all monies received in accordance with the provisions of 62 O.S. § 517.3.   (B)   Investments. The Town Treasurer shall make investments from deposited money, as authorized by the Board of Trustees, in the types of investments and manner provided for in 62 O.S. § 348.1.
   (C)   Insurance. The Town Treasurer shall ensure that the deposits and investments are adequately secured with appropriate federal insurance, pledged collateral or other security in accordance with the applicable laws noted in divisions (A) and (B) of this section.
