(A) The certificate of occupancy provided in § 150.120 of this chapter shall state the nature of the occupancy permitted, the number of persons for each floor when limited by law, the allowable load per square foot for each floor in accordance with the provisions of this title and shall certify that the building was erected in compliance with the approved plans and with the provisions of this title.
(B) Said certificate of occupancy shall also contain such limitations as to the type and nature of the occupancy as may be determined by the building inspector under the provisions of the Building Code.
