§ 135.04 SALES ON VACANT PROPERTY.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, including a civic or religious organization, to sell, barter, trade or transfer any merchandise, wearing apparel or other personal property of any kind on or in any vacant property in the town without the consent of the owner or person in control of said property.
