§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, including Chapters 131 through 135, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction may be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day’s continuation of any such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
