(A) The manufacture, sale, possession, display for sale, use or discharge of fireworks shall be unlawful within this town.
(B) Notwithstanding the provisions of this code to the contrary, school, nonprofit and civic organizations may sell fireworks to earn money for charitable purposes.
(C) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section to the contrary, this code is inapplicable to public agencies, nonprofit and civic organizations engaged in a public display of fireworks.
