(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) In addition to license revocation or suspension, a violation of any of the provisions contained in §§ 118.01 through 118.06 shall also be deemed an offense and punishable by a fine as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees with respect to violations of §§ 118.01 through 118.06 that are continuous with respect to time, each day the violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
