§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter or any legal order or regulation made pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
