§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates or neglects, or refuses to comply with any regulation, requirement or provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be fined as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which any violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
