(A) Required. It shall be unlawful for any person to solicit, within the meaning of § 113.01 of this chapter, without first obtaining a license to do so. Application for such license shall be filed with the town offices and shall state the name and address of the applicant, the name and address of the person, firm or corporation which he or she represents, and the kind of goods offered for sale or the service to be performed.
(B) Fee. The fee or tax for a license required by this section shall be as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees.
