(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter, especially § 112.02, shall be fined as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Proof that the defendant demanded, was shown, and reasonably relied upon proof of age shall be a defense to any action brought pursuant to this section.
