§ 97.08 PROTECTION OF LIBRARY.
   Any person who shall destroy or deface any book, periodical or other property of such library, or who shall fail to return any such periodical or other property at such time as the same should have been returned, and shall fail to comply with the regulations of the Board of Directors thereto, shall be guilty of an offense and punished accordingly.
