§ 79.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who performs any unlawful act as defined by any provision of this chapter or who otherwise violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day’s continuation of any such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
