(A) Hours. The operation of motorcycles, motor driven cycles, motor scooters or other similar two or three wheel motor vehicles within the corporate limits of this town is prohibited for persons under 16 years of age between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m.
(B) Speed limits. No person shall operate any motorcycle or any motor scooter at a speed greater than the speed limit legally posted; provided, however, in no event nor at any time may an operator under the age of 16 years operate a motorcycle or motor scooter at a speed greater than 35 mph.
