(A) Required; use. Motor vehicles operated in this town shall be equipped with a horn or other suitable signaling device, kept in good order, which shall not be sounded except when necessary for traffic signaling or warning.
(B) Unnecessary sounding. Unnecessary sounding of any horn or other motor vehicle signaling device is hereby declared to be an offense and a violation of this title.
