§ 74.12 OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC; VEHICLES AND TRAINS.
   (A)   Blocking intersection or crosswalk. No driver shall enter an intersection or a marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle he or she is operating without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians, notwithstanding any traffic control signal indication to proceed.
   (B)   Obstructing street. It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to place or leave any vehicle of any kind upon the public highway, street or alley within the corporate limits of the town so as to hinder or obstruct the free use of such highway, street, alley or thoroughfare. Provided that nothing herein contained shall prevent the proper use of any vehicle upon or along the public highways, streets or alleys of the town as provided by the town ordinances.
