No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
(A) Sale. Displaying the vehicle for sale;
(B) Selling merchandise. Displaying advertising or displaying merchandise or other things for sale or selling merchandise or other things; or
(C) Washing or repairing. Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
