§ 73.03 PARALLEL PARKING.
   All parking shall be parallel parking on Highway U.S. 81 between 7th Street and Kansas, within the town, said parking to leave a minimum of four lanes open for traffic and a minimum of 48 feet of width in the roadway to allow for movement of traffic.
