§ 72.004 INTOXICATING LIQUOR OR DRUGS.
   (A)   Driving under influence. It is unlawful for any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs to drive or be in actual physical control of any vehicle within the town.
   (B)   Blood alcohol content. It is unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle while impaired under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.08.
