§ 72.003 RECKLESS OR CARELESS DRIVING.
   (A)   Reckless driving. Any person who drives any vehicle in a wanton manner without regard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in this title.
   (B)   Careless driving or stopping. It is unlawful for a person to drive, use, operate, park, cause to be parked or stop any vehicle in a careless or negligent manner, or in such manner as to endanger life, limb, person or property, or as to interfere with the lawful movement of traffic or use of the streets.
