(A) Driver’s license. It is unlawful for any person who does not have a driver’s license as required by state law for operation of a motor vehicle upon the state highway to operate a motor vehicle within the town.
(B) Permitting unlicensed person to drive. It is unlawful for any person to authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or her or under his or her control to be driven upon any street in the town by any person who is not authorized or licensed to drive a motor vehicle under the laws of the state of Oklahoma or under the laws of the state of the driver’s residence.
(C) State license. It is unlawful to operate a vehicle of any kind upon a street of the town without a state vehicle license as may be required by law or to fail to display the state vehicle license as may be required by law.
