§ 51.19 WATER WELL PERMIT AND FEES.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to drill a water well with in the town without first obtaining a permit from the town and paying the required fees. The fees for a permit to drill a water well shall be as set forth in the Appendix of Fines and Fees. The Town Board may change or alter fees hereafter by resolution.
