§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   Any person within the town who fails, neglects or refuses to pay the charges set forth in this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished by fine and costs as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
