§ 115.12 FEES.
   (A)   Permit fees.
      (1)   The fee for an establishment shall be paid for a term beginning January 1, and/or before commencement of operation, and expiring December 31 of the same year, and shall be applied for by the operator annually.
      (2)   Fees for temporary events shall be charged per artist, and a fee shall be charged to the event coordinator of each event.
      (3)   Permit fees for the issuance of a permit under this chapter to an establishment shall be specified in § 37.28.
      (4)   The fees paid under this chapter are not transferable or refundable. A permit may not be issued to any establishment where outstanding, or unpaid, fees or late fees are due.
   (B)   Late fees. A late renewal fee shall be assessed, as set by the Health Department, for failure to renew a permit within 14 days after the expiration of the permit to operate an establishment.
