(A) An inspection fee of the amount specified in § 37.28 shall be paid to the County Health Department if an inspection of a temporary campground results in verification of a violation of this subchapter, or of applicable state law.
(B) Payment of such fee is due within 30 days of the invoice by the County Health Department.
(C) Any campground where outstanding, or unpaid, fees or penalties are due is in violation of this subchapter.
