§ 30.35 MUNICIPAL PARKS COMMISSIONER.
   The Municipal Parks Commissioner shall be a Council member who is appointed each December by the Mayor to coordinate with the Utilities Superintendent to assist with the economic operation and management for the Parks Department, as described in § 30.37(H).
