§ 30.34 MUNICIPAL STREET COMMISSIONER.
   The Municipal Street Commissioner shall be a Council member who is appointed each December by the Mayor to coordinate with the Utilities Superintendent to assist with the economic operation and management for the Street Department, as described in § 30.37(G).
