§ 30.32 MERGER OF WATER, SEWER, STREET, PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSIONER’S DUTIES.
   The duties of the Water Commissioner, Sewer Commissioner, Street Commissioner, Parks Commissioner and Recreation Commissioner shall be merged in the same person for the consolidation of official duties and said person shall hold the title of Utilities Superintendent as described in § 30.37.
