(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Anyone permitting a dog to run at large (§ 90.34) shall be subject to a minimum fine of $5 and a maximum fine of $100, and in addition shall be liable for the payment of all fees and expenses incurred in the impoundment of such dog, which fees and expenses shall be imposed as a part of the penalty for the violation of this section.
(C) Any person who violates § 90.40 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100, plus the costs of placement and/or destruction of the dog and may further be ordered to pay restitution to any person for medical expenses or veterinary expenses, along with restitution for the value of any damage incurred by any person as a result of the actions of such dangerous dog.
