§ 90.14 DEAD ANIMALS; UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or bury, on any of the streets or alleys or other places within the corporate limits of the municipality or within one mile thereof, or cause to be buried, any carcass of any dead animal of any kind; and it shall be unlawful for the owner or person having possession of any animal that shall die, to suffer the carcass of any such animal to remain within the corporate limits of the municipality or within one mile thereof, for more than ten hours after the death of said animal, except under the direction of the Board of Health as provided in the preceding section. And, in no event shall such dead animal be used as food for other animals or humans.
