(A) Oak Street. No person shall operate a motor vehicle on Oak Street between 17th Street and the west corporate limits at a rate of speed greater than 35 mph. In no instance shall a person drive a vehicle on such portion of Oak Street at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions.

(B) Spur 93A within corporate limits.
(1) No person shall operate a motor vehicle on Spur 93A within the corporate limits at a rate of speed greater than the following:
(a) Between Oak Street and East Front Street, 35 mph;
(b) Between East Front Street and the half block south past Birch Street, 25 mph; and
(c) Between the half block south past Birch Street to the corporate limits, 35 mph.
(2) In no instance shall a person drive a vehicle on Spur 93A within the corporate limits at a speed greater than reasonable and prudent under the conditions.
