(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person operating a vehicle in violation of § 70.02 shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not less than $50, nor more than $100.

(C) Any person who violates § 70.08 shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
