§ 70.05 U-TURNS.
   No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction, except at street intersection. No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction at any intersection where an automatic signal is in operation, or where a sign is posted indicator that U-turns are prohibited.
