(A) Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 52.35 through 52.48 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
(B) The owner, occupant, and user of the property shall be liable for any violation of §§ 52.60 through 52.62, and shall be subject to a penalty of a $50 fine. Upon conviction of a second offense a violator shall be subjected to a fine of $100. Each day that a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense.
