The following uses are permitted to the extent that they are not prohibited by any other ordinance and done in designated are:
(A) Walking, hiking, horseback riding, bicycling and snowmobile riding;
(B) Ingress and egress by adjoining landowners for purposes of hauling and/or transporting farm machinery and other equipment and for other personal use; and
(C) Any of the above enumerated uses shall be exercised in a reasonable fashion. Reasonableness to be governed by factors including, but not limited to, weather conditions, time of day or night, visibility and the like.
