339.02 THROUGH TRUCKS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   For the purposes of this section, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectfully ascribed to them by this section:
      (1)   Through truck. “Through truck” means any truck of which neither the real place of origin or destination or bona fide point of pick-up or delivery of goods, wares, merchandise, services and persons, is a point within the Village.
      (2)   Truck. “Truck” means any motor vehicle having motor power designed and used for carrying merchandise or freight, or used as a commercial tractor, and any vehicle without motive power designed or used for carrying property or persons wholly on its own structure and for being drawn by a motor vehicle, including a house trailer.
   (b)   No person shall drive or cause to be driven any through commercial type tractor- trailer truck upon any street or alley within the Village, except upon State Routes.

   (c)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
