No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device in the following places:
(a) On West Main Street within the Village, 130 feet from High Street on the north Side and 70 feet from High Street on the south side.
(b) On East Main Street within the village, 150 feet from High Street
(c) On North High Street within the Village, 100 feet from Main Street on the east side and 150 feet from Main Street on the west side.
(d) On South High Street within the village, 150 feet from Main Street
(e) Within the right-of-way on property owned by Southgate Corporation, on the east side of Enterprise Drive.
