There shall be established a stop sign at each of the following intersections:
(a) Warden and Hamilton Avenue (Warden stops);
(b) Kevin Street and Morrison Street (Kevin Street stops);
(c) Benley Street and Morrison Street (Benley Street stops);
(d) Benley Street and Newark Street (Benley Street stops);
(e) South Fifth Street and Mound Street (Fifth Street stops);
(f) Mound Street and Park Street (Mound Street stops);
(g) North Fifth Street and Broadway Street (North Fifth Street stops);
(h) South Fourth Street and Cumberland Street (South Fourth Street stops);
(i) Water Street and Basin Street (Water Street stops);
(j) South Fourth Street and Broad Street and Second Street (Broad Street and South Fourth Street stop);
(k) Canal Street and alley at Hickle Water (alley stops);
(l) Two alleys between State Route 79, Cumberland and South Fourth Street:
(1) Alley between State Route 79 and South Fourth Street (South Fourth Street stops); and
(2) Alley running south off of Cumberland (alley stops at both ends);
(m) Canal Street and alley between hardware and library (alley stops);
(n) Park and Cumberland Street (Park stops);
(o) Cully Street and Municipal Drive next to Village Hall (Cully stops).
