(a) No person shall operate a low-speed, under-speed, or utility vehicle upon any municipal street, legal thoroughfares, public streets, or rights-of-way having an established speed limit of greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
(b) Said restriction shall not prohibit a person from operating a low-speed, under-speed, or utility vehicle on any road within the Village of Hebron that has a speed limit less of thirty-five (35) miles per hour or less if said vehicle complies with all of the provisions of Section 343.02.
(c) Said restriction in subsection (a) shall not prohibit a person operating a low-speed, under-speed, or utility vehicle from proceeding across an intersection of a thoroughfares, public streets, or right-of-way as listed in subsection (a) such State Route 79.
(d) No person shall operate any low-speed, under-speed, or utility vehicle upon any thoroughfares, public streets, or right-of-way without a valid driver's license and proof of financial responsibility in amounts equal to the requirements Ohio R.C. § 4509.01(K)
(e) No person, except for an employee or agent of the Village of Hebron for maintenance purposes, shall operate a low-speed, under-speed, or utility vehicle upon any sidewalk or shared-use path.
