Any person, upon a written request, and as provided herein may obtain advance notification of all meetings at which any specific type of business is to be discussed. Such person shall file a written request with the Fiscal Officer furnishing the information set forth in Section 103.04 and also setting forth the specific type of public business the discussion of which the person is requesting advance notice, the municipal body subject to such a request, and the number of months not to exceed six which the request will cover.
Each such written notice must be accompanied by cash or check payable to the Village in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) which shall be the annual fee to be notified as provided above, which amount has been determined by Council to represent a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing such advance notification. Upon giving of a notice of each such meeting, the amount of the applicant’s deposit shall be diminished as provided by Section 103.04.
The contents of any written notice under this section or under Section 103.04 may be a copy of the agenda of the meeting.
