The Fiscal Officer of the Village shall post a statement of the times and places of each of the regular meetings of each municipal body for the calendar year not later than the second day preceding the day of the regular meeting of the calendar year of each municipal body.
The Fiscal Officer shall also check at least at monthly intervals to see that such statements of the time and place of such meetings remains posted during the calendar year.
In the event that during the calendar year the time or the place of any regular meeting is changed on a permanent or temporary basis, it shall be the duty of the Fiscal Officer to post a statement of the time and place of such changed meeting at least twenty-four hours before the time of the first meeting date which is changed.
The Fiscal Officer shall also post a statement of the time and place of any organizational meeting of any public body at least twenty-four hours before the time of such organizational meeting.
In the event that any regular or special meeting shall be recessed or adjourned to another day, the Fiscal Officer shall promptly post a notice of the time and place of such adjourned or recessed meeting.
