The Village reserves the right to enter into contracts to provide sewage treatment services with other entities and/or users regardless of the nature of the wastes to be discharged. Provided, however, that such contracts shall be in compliance with the provisions of this ordinance and the rules and regulations of other governmental agencies with authority.
