1335.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating or failing to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day on which the aforesaid activity continues may be deemed a separate offense.
