(a) No motor vehicle shall traverse the grass areas of the parks unless for the specific purpose of loading and unloading equipment or maintaining grounds.
(b) The usage of motorized vehicles in the parks shall be limited to designated thoroughfares.
(c) A violation of this section shall be considered a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be assessed a fine in accordance with the fine schedule.
