911.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   “Person” as used in this chapter includes a firm, association or corporation and persons connected with such firm, association or corporation.

   (b)   “Streets and highways” includes all lands lying between the so called property lines on either side of all public streets, roads, boulevards and alleys.

   (c)   “Park” includes all public parks having individual names.

   (d)   “Public places” includes all other grounds owned by the Village.

   (e)   “Trees and shrubs” includes all woody vegetation now or hereafter growing on any public area.
