The grade of all sidewalks shall correspond with the grade of the street or alley and shall include or slope to the curb or roadway a minimum of one-quarter inch in each foot. Said sidewalk shall be made of Portland Cement Concrete O.D.T. Class C, not less than four inches in thickness, and must be laid upon a compacted base not less than four inches in thickness. A curing membrane or concrete sealing agent will be applied after final finish is performed.
ASTM-approved paving blocks for sidewalks or driveways are subject to Village Planning Commission approval. For specifications on concrete curbs, gutters and concrete driveways, refer to sketch attached hereto as Exhibit A
