§ 30.01 CITY COUNCIL; PLACE NUMBERS.

   The City Council shall assign place numbers to the offices of Council Member. The place numbers shall be known as Council member, Place No. 1; Council member, Place No. 2; Council member, Place No. 3; Council member, Place No. 4; and Council member, Place No. 5. Hereafter, as the terms of incumbent Council member expire, any candidate for the office of that Council member shall file his or her application for a specific place on the Council and shall be elected from the city at large for a two-year term.

§ 30.02 FISCAL YEAR.

   The City of Heath adopts a fiscal year of October 1 through September 30 of the succeeding year.
