§ 115.08 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION.
   A registration certificate issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the Director of Public Works after notice and hearing, for any of the following reasons:
   (A)   Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement contained in the application for registration;
   (B)   Conviction for a crime described in § 115.07;
   (C)   Violation of any section of this chapter or any other city ordinances;
   (D)   Conducting solicitation activities in such a manner as to create a public nuisance, constitute disorderly conduct, or endanger the health, safety, or general welfare of the public.
   (E)   Engaging in construction of a building without obtaining a building permit;
   (F)   Previous work performed in the city right-of-way was not satisfactory to the Director of Public Works or the required corrections remained incomplete.
