§ 34.99 PENALTY.

Any person, corporation or association violating any provision of this chapter or failing to observe any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances by a fine amount not to exceed $2,000. Every day the violation continues shall be deemed as a separate offense.
