721.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever is convicted for violating any section of Chapter 721 shall be guilty of:
   (a)   A minor misdemeanor for the first offense; and
   (b)   A misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each successive offense.
   Each day that the violation charged continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
