There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire and explosion, the fire prevention code recommended by the Ohio Fire Code and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), including all supplements and up-dates thereto, except those portions deleted, modified or amended by other sections of this chapter and its provisions shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the City.
